Go Brands took possession of 1136 S Frankfort in the spring of 2019. They use this facility to warehouse over 3000 different convenience store-style inventory items and have their in-house drivers deliver the goods as ordered in 15 minutes or less all over the greater Tulsa area. This space has both office, warehouse, and a "lounge" for their drivers. They selected our building for it's central location, easy highway and community road access, and our custom renovations to meet their needs.
Our most significant improvements include all new Electric, adding two 7.5 Ton RTU's and one 3 Ton RTU HVAC systems, new bathrooms, new offices and employee lounge, open warehouse space with two overhead doors, a dock-high and street level loading bay, and polished concrete floors.
Site improvements included a 17 spot parking lot out their North door, secure fencing and lighting, new sidewalks, and landscaping with irrigation.
From lease signing to move-in we were able to provide a complete renovation of their space in 29 days. Our ability to move-quickly was crucial to their business plan.
